WHAT HAPPENS IN A SESSION? 

There are three phases of a session:

 

CHECK-IN  First we discuss your goals for the session.

SESSION WORK  We might talk during the session to explore sensations or perceptions, or we might be quiet. Clients wear loose, comfortable clothing. If the session is remote, client sets up a quiet space where they will not be disturbed or interrupted.

In Energy Balancing Sessions, we begin with assessment via muscle testing and energy palpation. The Energy Balancing itself uses hands and sound to gently soothe, support, or encourage energy to flow in the myriad patterns within the body or around it.

 

In Craniosacral Settling Sessions, the client lies on back or side, and practitioner rests hands lightly on the body, often beginning at feet or head, tuning into gentle rhythms within the body that are like ocean tides. There is little movement or activity, outwardly, but profound changes can happen as the tidal currents respond to support and collaboration. Learn more HERE.

COMPLETION  We discuss what occurred, how it ties into session goals, and then explore how to build on the energy gain with self-care and attunement.

YOU WORK WITH CLIENTS IN PERSON AND REMOTELY HOW CAN DISTANCE SESSIONS DO ANYTHING? 

An ocean of energy currents run below the radar of our normal awareness. Have you ever thought about someone just before they called? Have you felt connected to someone even though they were in another state or country?  Have you felt someone's praise without seeing them? Disapproval? This is all energy; it is exchanging between us constantly, in person and from a distance. Some people have an affinity with these kinds of perceptions, as I do, but it can also be developed.

When I do distance sessions, by video call or phone, I can muscle-test and palpate the energy as if the client was right there in person. When the energy balancing begins, I might show the client where to put their hands to shift the energy, I might show them an energy exercise that can stimulate a change, or they might just lie down and go to sleep while I'm attending the energy field as the session proceeds.

 

Once I, too, couldn't believe such things were possible and then I experienced it.
